Delivery and Returns

JurGus is a reliable supplier and seller of diamond jewelry. We aim to create a strong connection with the customer, so we offer a warranty of up to 5 years for our products. Each product description includes information about the quality warranty period.

We are delighted that you have chosen us on the diamond path and apologize if you decide to return the product. According to Lithuanian law, jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

If you purchased the item online at www.jurgus.com, you are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return an item purchased online, please contact us via email at info@jurgus.com.
If the item was made according to your individual order, such a contract concluded remotely or physically cannot be canceled, and the item cannot be returned. If a special order has begun for you, please contact us immediately via email at info@jurgus.com.

1. Product Warranty

1.1 The data of the products sold in the online store are indicated in the product description next to each product.

1.2 The color, shape, or other parameters of the products presented in the online store may not match the actual size, shapes, and colors of the products due to the peculiarities of the Buyer’s display. This is not considered a product defect or non-compliance with the product description.

1.3 The quantities of products depicted in the online store images are not always related to the price of the product – more than one unit of the product may be shown. Measurement units are indicated in the product description.

1.4 The Seller guarantees the quality of the Products (statutory quality warranty). The Seller may provide a specific period of quality warranty for different Products, the specific term, and other conditions of which are indicated in the descriptions of such Products.

1.5 The Buyer is informed that jewelry can be scratched due to contact with each other or other surfaces. It is recommended to store them separately, avoid contact with sharp surfaces, and protect them from impacts and other possible mechanical damage. Jewelry should also be protected from contact with chemicals, sudden temperature changes, heat, saltwater, or chlorinated water. Jewelry, especially when not worn or stored in a humid room, can change color and oxidize. These changes are not considered non-compliance with the quality requirements. To avoid surface damage, jewelry should be cleaned with special materials and tools.

2. Right to Withdraw from the Purchase-Sale Agreement (Applicable only to Consumers)

2.1 According to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 of 2011-06-11, item 17.12 of the Retail Trade Rules (2014-07-29 edition), quality pearls, gemstones, precious metals, and their products purchased in local retail outlets, except for artificial jewelry (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 7101–7116, 7118) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

2.2 The consumer-Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store with the Seller without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The Buyer must send a notification to the Seller by email to info@jurgus.com or by mail to Didžioji g. 13, Vilnius, LT-01131. The notification must clearly indicate that the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, returns the product, and requests a refund, specifying the Buyer’s account to which the refund should be transferred, and a document confirming the purchase from the Seller.

3. Download Return Template

3.1 The Buyer-consumer can use the right to return the product only if the mentioned 14-day product return period has not been missed. The Buyer must deliver the product to the Seller’s retail location at Didžioji g. 13, Vilnius, or send it by registered mail/courier service to Didžioji g. 13, Vilnius, with delivery to the recipient. Until the returned product is handed over to the Seller, the risk of loss or damage to the product lies with the Buyer.

3.2 According to item 6.2 of the Rules, the returned product must be undamaged, have no signs of mechanical damage, retain its commercial appearance, with all original labels, untouched quality certificates, in intact original packaging, and unused. In case of defects or signs of wear on the product or its packaging, the withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement cannot be executed, and the Seller has the right not to accept the returned product and not to refund the money to the Buyer. In such a case, the Buyer has the right to collect the product from the Seller.

3.3 The Buyer-consumer, who has withdrawn from the purchase-sale agreement according to item 6.2 of the Rules, will be refunded all the money paid for the product excluding the product delivery costs to the Buyer, if the product is returned within the specified period and meets the requirements of item 6.3 of the Rules. The Buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the products. Upon receiving the returned products, the Seller refunds the money to the Buyer-consumer to the specified bank account only after verifying the returned products at the Lithuanian Assay Office to ensure that the product is returned as sent. Inspection of returned products at the Lithuanian Assay Office is the right but not the obligation of the Seller.

3.4 If the Buyer paid with a gift voucher, the gift voucher is renewed in the case of a return.

3.5 According to item 6.2 of the Rules, the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement does not apply, and the Buyer cannot use it for products made to the Buyer’s special order, which were not pre-made, were made based on the Buyer’s personal choice or instructions, or for products that were clearly customized for the Buyer’s personal needs.

4. Product Defects

4.1 Upon receiving the product, the Buyer must immediately inspect it, check its quality, and ensure that the product has no defects. If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer must immediately contact the general contacts of the online store indicated in the “Contacts” section of the online store, specify the product defect, and provide photos.

4.2 Defects of products are eliminated, defective products are replaced or returned in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In all cases, the Buyer must present a document confirming the purchase from the Seller.

4.3 The product may not be accepted or exchanged if the Buyer does not notify the Seller within a reasonable time after noticing or should have noticed the defect and does not indicate what requirements the product does not meet.

4.4 The Buyer must deliver the product to the Seller’s retail location at Didžioji g. 13, Vilnius, or send it by registered mail/courier service to Didžioji g. 13, Vilnius, with delivery to the recipient. Until the returned product is handed over to the Seller, the risk of loss or damage to the product lies with the Buyer. If it is determined that the product was defective, the return costs are covered by the Seller.

4.5 The Seller has the right not to accept the returned product and not to fulfill the Buyer’s request if the defects of the product were caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or other actions dependent on the Buyer, or if it is natural wear and tear of the product.

4.6 When returning the wrong product received and/or a defective product, the Seller undertakes to accept and eliminate its defects or replace it with a similar product of appropriate quality. In cases where the Seller does not have suitable products for replacement, the Buyer is refunded the paid amount, including the delivery price.
