1. Personal Data

1.1 When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer is required to provide the following data during registration: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data during registration.

8.2 The Seller processes data for the purposes of online commerce, order fulfillment, and direct marketing. In processing personal data, the Seller collects, records, stores, classifies, modifies (supplementing or correcting), and deletes the Buyer’s data.

8.3 The data processed by the Seller: (i) for the purpose of online commerce and order fulfillment – name, surname, phone number, email address, home address (address), delivery address, and IP information (to ensure security and adapt the interface language); (ii) for direct marketing purposes – name, surname, phone number, email address, and address.

8.4 The Seller receives personal data directly from the Buyer upon registration on the website, initiation of a shopping cart, submission of an order, and conclusion of a purchase-sale agreement.

8.5 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, order control, and business analysis. The Buyer also agrees to receive information necessary for completing the order at the email address and/or phone number provided.

8.6 The Seller may disclose the Buyer’s data only to third parties involved in fulfilling or delivering the order. The Seller commits not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties in other situations unless required by a competent State authority under Lithuanian law or with the Buyer’s written consent.

8.7 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer explicitly consents by filling out the registration form. At any time, the Buyer has the right to revoke such consent and stop receiving newsletters or information.

8.8 The Buyer, after properly confirming their identity, has the right to access the data held by the Seller, verify how it is being processed, request correction, deletion, or suspension of the data if it is processed in violation of legal requirements, and exercise other rights provided under the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other regulations.

8.9 The Buyer’s data is stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.

8.10 By familiarizing themselves with these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges that cookies (files sent from the internet server) will be placed on their computer while browsing the online store.

9. Sending and Receiving Information

9.1 All notifications to the Seller must be submitted via the email provided in the “Contacts” section of the online store.

9.2 All notifications required for order fulfillment are sent to the Buyer’s email address and/or phone number provided in the order form.

9.3 The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation notifications due to internet connection, email service provider issues, messages being marked as SPAM, or incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

9.4 The Seller may organize various promotions and offers on the online store. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of promotions or cancel them without prior notice. Any changes or cancellation of promotions take effect immediately.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended Terms come into force from the moment they are published in the online store. The Terms applicable to the Buyer are those in force at the time of order submission. If the Buyer continues to use the services of the online store after the changes, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Terms.

10.2 The Buyer is encouraged to print these Terms for future reference.

10.3 In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer. This does not release the Seller from fulfilling its existing obligations.

10.4 If the Buyer has not used the online store for a long time, their account may be deleted. The Buyer’s ability to access the online store or their account may be immediately and without notice restricted or suspended if the Seller suspects that the Buyer is jeopardizing the stability or security of the online store or violating their obligations.

10.5 These Terms and the legal relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved according to Lithuanian law. Pre-trial dispute resolution can be conducted through the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the Lithuanian Assay Office, depending on their competence.
